Bayley’s practice focuses on managing numerous aspects of commercial litigation. Bayley also represents clients in employment disputes, including response to charges of discrimination filed with the EEOC and compliance with the FLSA overtime regulations and exemptions.

Prior to joining Munsch Hardt, Bayley was an Associate at a national law firm in Houston. She also garnered extensive experience through clerkships for the same law firm in Houston and Los Angeles during law school. She was also a judicial extern to the Honorable Sarah S. Vance for the United States District Court for the Eastern District of Louisiana, where she drafted judicial orders and bench memoranda on various issues of criminal and civil law, including civil procedure, contracts, employer liability standards and deprivation of constitutional rights.
