Jason is an Associate in the Bankruptcy, Restructuring & Insolvency Section of the Dallas office of Munsch Hardt. His practice focuses on assisting clients in all areas of bankruptcy law.

Prior to joining Munsch Hardt, Jason gained significant experience through two separate federal judicial clerkships. Most recently, he served a two-year term as the judicial law clerk for Chief U.S. Bankruptcy Judge Ronald B. King in the United States Bankruptcy Court for the Western District of Texas, where he assisted Judge King in reviewing all bankruptcy cases and adversary proceedings, including many complex chapter 11 cases. Before clerking for Judge King, Jason served as a judicial law clerk for U.S. Magistrate Judge E. Scott Frost in the United States District Court for the Northern District of Texas, where he assisted in managing Judge Frost’s civil docket.

During law school, Jason was a founding member of the Business and Bankruptcy Law Journal. Before law school, Jason worked in the music industry as a musician and music store owner.
